Allison Elyce Holzman, Esq. was born in Livingston, NJ in 1975 and grew up in Edison, New Jersey. Ms. Holzman graduated from the University of Michigan with an A.B. in Psychology in1998, and obtained her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law in 2001.There, she was a staff member of the International Law Journal. She was admitted to the New Jersey State Bar and the United States District Court, District of New Jersey in 2001 . She was also admitted to the New York State Bar in 2003. Ms. Holzman has been a member of the firm since 2002.Ms. Holzman served as a judicial intern in 1999 for the Honorable Alfred J. Lechner, Jr.,in the United States District Court, District of New Jersey. She has been a member of the New Jersey and Union County Bar Associations, as well as the American Bar Association.

Ms. Holzman is a contributing author of the Yudes Family Law Citator which is the foundation for an annual lecture series presented by the Institute for Continuing Legal Education (I.C.L.E.) and delivered by Mr. Yudes and a member of the judiciary.
