Padraic F.X. Dugan, Esq. was born in Long Branch, New Jersey in 1982 and grew up in Avon by the Sea, New Jersey. Mr. Dugan obtained his Bachelor of Arts from Providence College in 2005 and obtained his Juris Doctor from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2009. Mr. Dugan was admitted to the New Jersey State Bar and the United States District Court, District of New Jersey in 2009. He was also admitted to the New York State Bar and the Washington D.C. Bar in 2010. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Dugan served as Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Robert A. Coogan, J.S.C., in the Monmouth Vicinage. Mr. Dugan is a member of the American Bar Association, the New Jersey Bar Association, the New York Bar Association and the Washington D.C. Bar Association.
